Product Description
The 7th-generation rollover car washing machine is equipped with 5 brushes and 4 dryers, including two EVA foam material side brushes, one EVA top brush and two Italy FAVAGROSSA tire brushes. The top four 5.5KW fixed Q-type dryers reduce the failure rate when comparing with old contouring dryers and greatly reduce the frequency of after-sales.
Two independent dosing pump systems control the functions of foam and wax water, can more accurately control the amount of the detergent, and wash one car only consume around 10ml detergent.
4 cleaning procedures provide customers with diversified cleaning options, with a cleaning speed of 12-20 vehicles per hour. In addition, the main advantage of the rollover car wash type is to save space. It only needs 11 meters long and 5 meters wide to install one, which is very good for customers who want to invest in a car washing shop with insufficient space but a good location.

1. How to solve the installation problem?
Under normal circumstances, we send 1-2 engineers to the customer site to install and debug the equipment, which takes about 10 days per set. Customers cover visa fees, round-trip air tickets, local accommodation, and a daily allowance. If travel constraints affect this, we provide detailed installation drawings and online technical guidance. The equipment is fully pre-installed and debugged in our factory before shipping, with all parts marked to match the drawings.
2. How to solve after-sales problems after installation?
After starting cooperation, we recommend setting up a direct communication channel incorporating our technicians and export department. If any issues arise, simply provide a description along with photos and video footage of the status. Our engineering team will immediately diagnose the issue and guide you to a solution.
3. How long is the machine warranty?
For car washers equipped with brushes, the warranty is 2 years from delivery. Touchless model systems carry a 3-year warranty. During this period, the cost of replacement accessories is covered by us, while the customer covers the international transport freight.
4. How long is the lead time?
Standard 380V/50Hz specifications: Tunnel type requires 40-45 working days; Rollover models require 20 working days; Touchless configurations require 10 working days. Custom non-standard voltages require an additional 10-15 working days for tailored electrical components from component manufacturers.
5. What is the payment term?
We accept T/T in advance or L/C at sight, subject to prior negotiation.
6. If one part is broken, will it affect the operation of the entire device?
No, this is a major system advantage. If a specific accessory fails during peak operating hours, the operator can manually disable that function via the touch screen control panel. This allows the machine to continue running other wash cycles normally until replacement parts can be fitted after business hours.
